WOMEN WORK OUT is a South London and West Oxfordshire based company offering group and Personal Training specifically tailored to women’s health and fitness.
Our classes are designed specifically to improve the well being of ALL women. Classes are not competitive but are nurturing while remaining challenging. We want to see women enjoy exercise and help them learn about what their bodies can help them do in whatever stage of life they’re in. We cater for women who want to improve or maintain their fitness, women who want to learn how to exercise safely following pregnancy, women who have older children and a little less sleep deprived and women who are a little bit older and might have a few niggles and/or facing the menopause plus any other women who would like to exercise but are worried about joining classes because they seem too militant.
Our focus is on wellbeing but if fatloss and toning is what you’re after in order to help you get you back into jeans you’ve wanted to wear for years, lose a little post mum tummy after babies or simply give you a little confidence boost, we can help you with that too.
Women Work Outs’ classes are co-operative and extremely sociable. Many new friends have been made over the years and whilst we don’t bark orders, we ARE motivational and WILL encourage you, at the right time, to push yourself. You might be surprised at what you never thought you could achieve.
Some ladies may wish to have some additional or opt solely for one to one training where an exercise programme is designed specifically for you. You can find more information on the Personal Training page.
We are realistic about what real women want to look like and how they want to feel and know how to help you achieve that. So, whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who’s keen to take their training that one step further, we can help you. And we’ll have some fun while we do it.

I have been working specifically with women for nearly ten years and in pre-natal/post-natal exercise for seven. Women’s fitness, health, nutrition and weight management is something I feel passionately about.
From one Mums & Buggies seven years ago, I’ve expanded to four at the request of the women I work with and with the help of my team. Similarly, the Ladies Who Lunge class has expanded to four classes a week too and I love seeing women in that class achieving their goals of everyday fitness and wellbeing.
When training women on a one-to-one basis, I enjoy pushing my clients to the edge, but not over it, and supporting them through their fitness journey.
I’m now excited to be expanding to West Oxfordshire. Watch this space!
Hi my name is Lettie. Alice and I share the same passion for training and helping women achieve their goals. When the opportunity arose for us to work together I jumped at the chance.
I started my working career in advertising and switched when my love for training took over my everyday job. As a result I really understand the pressures that women feel about their bodies and the demands that the modern world places on them, especially when pregnant or post bubba.
I have my level 3 personal training qualification, plus specialist qualifications in pre and post natal exercise too.
Whether on a 1:1 or a group level, I love working with women and helping them realize their potential. I’m a strong believer that you get back what you put in and love seeing the results of great team work.
