Women Work Out offers two styles of outdoor workouts and are a far cry from the typically aggressive bootcamp style workouts you might see in your local park. The first for post natal women who can bring their baby and buggy along, and the second for women who fancy exercising outdoors.  We are motivational not militant!

Not only are all the classes great at helping you reach your fitness goals they’re very social and great fun – just read some of the success stories from past and present women who work out!

Mums & Buggies

We know that having a baby is one of the biggest physical challenges your body can go through, this outdoor fitness class will help combat any after-effects of pregnancy and birth. It’s a fun, social session to meet other mums – and for your baby to meet other babies – and get fit together. We cover cardio exercises and core, and will help you reach your fitness goals, whatever level you’re starting at.

Ladies Who Lunge

Ladies Who Lunge is a challenging but fun class that meets during the week for some exercise and fun. Suitable for any level of fitness, it’s a park-based workout that will see you achieving your weight loss and/or fitness goals with ease. The variety of exercises week by week ensure that everything gets worked, and you’ll see the improvement you’re looking for whatever level you’re starting at.
