Women Work Out offers two styles of outdoor workouts, a far cry from the typically aggressive bootcamp style workouts you might see in your local park. The first for pre and post natal women who can bring their bump or baby and buggy along, and the second for women who fancy exercising outdoors.

Suitable for any level of fitness, it’s a park-based workout that will see you achieving your weight loss and fitness goals with ease. The variety of exercises week by week ensure that everything gets worked, and you’ll see the improvement you’re looking for whatever level you’re starting at.
